2nd night

0Went to the festival on Friday night again. Keira riding with cousin Bella and friend Vann. Oh, and let uncle Wes carry her......one huge step up! She's finally warming up to him at age 2-1/2 :)

Swiss Festival 2008

At the Swiss Festival Thursday evening with cousins Dawson and Bella. Dawson was in the big wheel race. Keira was ticked that she couldn't race. And FINALLY she rode some rides! Yeay! Stayed till about 9pm....you were soooo ready for bed.

Cookie Time!

So, last weekend I believe was the rainy weekend. So, I was trying to entertain my hyper child who can't hold still for 2 min and just wanted to go out on her swing set! So, we made some butterfly cookies that we then decorated. What a mess! But she was soooo proud!

My new boots

Keira finally got some rainboots to go with her new barbie umbrella that Hoppy got for her. She loves them and won't take them off. She keeps asking when the rain is coming to make puddles ;)

Hanging out at the fair

Keira and Dylan were hanging out at the Holmes County Fair on the night of the truck and tractor pulls. Dylan's Daddy was getting embarrassed that Dylan wanted to play with the "Princess Hammer" so I got a pic :) Dylan and Keira love to give each other hugs as you can tell. Dylan was taking his turn in this pic :)

Lions and Tigers and Bears...Ohh my!

Whelp, it was that time of the year again! The weekend after our water park experience we decided to take our annual trip to the Columbus Zoo. Keira wasn't acting like herself but little did I know how she'd turn out halfway through the day. She had fun, especially liked the penguins :) But by 1:00 things turned bad for my princess :( She got soooooo sick! By the time we got home she had a fever of 103 and was screaming and crying in pain. She was sick for the next 2-1/2 wks at least. She was in and out of the doctors numerous times and almost landed herself in the ER for dehydration. It was miserable! Poor thing!

Lake Park Water park

Haven't posted in awhile and am going to get some old stuff in. My parents and our family went to Lake Park water park and had a blast. Keira wasn't feeling the best, and neither was mommy! So excuse of awful I looked. But this of course made eveything all better for the time being. She wasn't sure of everything at first, but didn't take long till she was enjoying it all. Kids love their water! I did finally have surgery on my mouth to get that bug lump removed. So I don't look quite as bad as I did in these pics! My hair is finally brown again too :)
